What Is The Secret Of Yoga? | Yoga Secrets |Six Elements Of Yoga

Much of the hatha yoga styles as they exist in the West are beautiful hybridizations of traditional Indian yoga, the wishes of pro-active individuals in Western society who need the approach of practice to be directed more towards the body.

1. Yoga and the five elements:

One of the fundamental principles of hatha yoga is the realization of the immensity of our awakened Spirit and the state of the human being as sanctuary of that Spirit. The yogi understands the human body as an individual site containing the entire universe and Mother Earth. This "Mercy" is contained in the five elements: the earth; Water / flow; fire; Air and empty space. When the yogi understands that the energy of the Source is present in the five elements and begins to reach the domain of each element - the path towards the union of the human being and the Source has begun.
So in our daily practice of yoga, understanding our inner journey through the elements with consciousness opens the way to the domain of wholeness. The elements are: the body as an element of the earth; Our thoughts as the element of water; Our internal physiological functions (the energies that help with digestion, breathing, etc. activities leading to kundalini fire) as the elements of fire; The breath and breathless kingdom the element of air; And the final destination - infinite empty space of growing consciousness.

2. Nude Yoga (only when circumstances allow)

Ways to incorporate this into your practice include:

- Open your window or door to keep the outside air flowing inside so better connect with the air element.

- Be aware of the temperature (hot or cold) and work to take advantage of that awareness so that the inner fire is not affected by outside time.
- Allowing the consciousness to go beyond the mind to connect with the infinite nature of the sky. Realizing that we are infinite beings through practice is an aspect of the rich human experience.


3. The power within each posture / Sthira

Within each posture is the trigger of vital energies lit through the breath. Mahavatar Babaji's teachings of mystical kriya yoga establish "sthira" as a very Vital of practice. Sthira is the achievement of calm, tranquility, harmony of breathless breath in a posture. In each posture, immerse yourself in this quiet space using the breath of sthira and expand the Being. Sthira is the attainment of happiness and joy by the breath of being without breath. A yoga session without the use of "AUM" is nothing more than a glorified gymnastics, since we are not including the greatness of our association with Source. In the breath of sthira is the realization of the eternal 'AUM' that makes us aware of our infinite being, one with the Source.

4. Jump / Dance / Run Yogic Path

Yoga originated in the desert of caves and mountains, practiced by the sages. Every day they walked, climbing mountains and hills. 6. Yoga is Tantra

Tantra comes from the pre-Vedic teachings of South India, the Dravidians. The worship of Lord Shiva and the Goddess Sakti and the yogic teachings within her were called "Tantiram," the roots of Tantra. Tantiram is to unite the Source with our human reality through the wisdom of joy. The wisdom of Tantiram teaches that the roots, the muladhara, have all the power on our path to realization and the journey through consciousness after awakening. The root chakra has the key to the inner journey.

When we follow the yogic path we begin to see the many layers of our reality, like an onion, starting from the roots all the way to the crown. Tantiram, the core of tantra, is the experience of orgasmic happiness within each and every layer of reality that we can improve through our daily yoga. When we awaken to the totality of yoga, we transform our primitive energies of sex, sensuality, and the instinct of survival into evolving powerful angular thoughts of manifestation. Our daily practice of yoga can be a tool that helps us to transform and evolve through the totality of integrity, tantiram.
Most of the teachings of hatha yoga involve having to invoke the root chakra to awaken and work with Mother Kundalini. When we travel inwardly, we know Mother Kundalini as another state of consciousness and through this consciousness we travel the inner fire awakening each chakra that contains the secrets of each stratified reality as in its manifestations through harmony, abundance and divine grace.

This totality is the union with the Source containing the nature of bliss and the understanding of the "I Am" experience as in the audacious statement, "I Am God." Lord Siva as experience is "Satchidananda" - the experience of the now as in being the form of happiness.
